1. Advertiser identity
Marketing communications published on this Website are issued on behalf of THE ENGLISH MANNER LIMITED. Advertisements are clearly identifiable as marketing communications and do not disguise their commercial intent.
2. Accuracy of claims
- All product, service and performance claims are made in good faith and are held with documentary evidence before publication.
- Statistics, figures and illustrative statements are used for context and do not constitute a guarantee of individual outcomes.
- Opening narratives and scenarios describing workplace incidents are illustrative composites used to explain the value of training; they do not identify or refer to any real, identifiable individual or employer.
- Prices, availability and course content shown in advertising are subject to change and are confirmed only at the point of booking with the training provider.
3. No guaranteed results
Training outcomes depend on participation, organisational context and implementation. We do not promise employment, retention of employment, promotion, revenue increases, prevention of complaints or any specific commercial result.
4. Testimonials, endorsements and reviews
Any testimonial used in marketing is genuine, held on file with the contributor's permission, and presented without material distortion. Testimonials reflect individual experience and are not typical results.
5. Promotions and offers
Where a promotion, discount or limited offer is advertised, the significant conditions — eligibility, start and closing dates, and any limits on availability — are stated in the advertisement. Promotions are administered fairly and honoured as described, and we will not run an offer we cannot reasonably meet demand for.
6. Electronic marketing
Direct electronic marketing is sent only with consent or under the soft opt-in permitted by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. Every message identifies the sender and includes a free and simple unsubscribe mechanism, which is actioned promptly.
7. Targeting and vulnerable audiences
Advertising is directed at business audiences and adults. We do not target children, and we do not use fear, urgency or pressure tactics that exploit vulnerability, inexperience or credulity.
8. Third-party publishers and affiliates
Publishers, agencies and affiliates promoting our services must comply with these terms, applicable advertising codes and applicable law, must not make unauthorised claims, and must clearly disclose any commercial relationship.
9. Complaints about advertising
If you believe a marketing communication issued by copyvr.com is misleading, harmful or offensive, contact [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within five working days, investigate, and amend or withdraw material where a complaint is upheld.
